1) Are there any travel fees?
No, not within southern California or the greater Phoenix area.
2) How can we pay for your service?
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards payable through the Square App. Checks should be made payable to AfterDark Media.
3) How much is required up-front to book your service?
We require a 50% deposit to save the date prior to your wedding and the remaining balance due a week prior to the event.
4) What is a highlight video?
A video edited with music and creative artistic shots that ranges from 10-30 minutes to highlight the entire wedding day. The length of the video depends on the package chosen.
5) What is a save the date video?
A short 1-2 minute video of the bride and groom announcing their future wedding date. It can be a fun and elegant way of letting your friends and family know to "save the date" of your upcoming wedding. Perfect for social media sites.
6) Can we customize a wedding package?
Yes, we believe everyone should have some type of option when it comes to filming their special day, even if you are on a tight budget. Submit your budget details through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7) How long after the wedding can we expect our video?
Approximately 9-12 weeks after the event.
8) Is the audio of the ceremony, vows or speeches used in the highlight video?
Yes, depending on the type of package chosen.
9) What is raw footage?
The raw footage is basically all the shots or video we took during the entire day that is completely unedited. It is not edited into one long file, but instead are many individual clips that could range in length from a few seconds to several minutes.
9) What can I expect the day of the wedding?
We will arrive at our scheduled time and begin right away capturing amazing shots. Our goal is to be discreet, yet creative, and work together with your other vendors to effectively highlight your entire day from getting ready to ceremony and photo shoot to reception.
